Pet passports
You can now bring your pets to and from EU countries (and many other countries) on holiday, without the need for quarantine. Your pet will need a pet passport and we can help.

What you need to get a passport

To get a pet passport your pet must...
1) be microchipped and 2) have a rabies vaccination

How long does it take?

Get organised well in advance. It is required that pets are immunised against rabies and have had their microchip registered at least 30 days prior to your travel date.

Rules of traveling

Up-to-date information is the pet owner's responsibility. While we will do our best to advise, the rules for traveling between different countries vary and are subject to change. Information can be found on the Department of Agriculture site in Ireland.
